The amendment will extend the contract period to June 30, 2025, and increase the award by $325,349.24 for a total of $718,756.24. In response to a Letter of Interest, A New Leaf seeks to provide tenant based rental assistance and supportive services which may include rental payments, deposits, and case management services for qualified populations in accordance with the Pinal County HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Attorney’s Office for the Auto Theft Unit that will work with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute vehicle theft and related crimes. The Pinal County Attorney’s Office will use this grant for the Victim Compensation Program Unit under the Victim Services Division. The award will continue to help cover costs for a Victim Comp Coordinator and cover Victim Compensation Benefits. Acceptance requires an amendment to align the FY 24/25 budget to the award amount. The amendment transfers reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 186 (Atty/Victim Compensation-State) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. Deputy Pickett #2207 has requested that, in compliance with established precedence and protocol, he be permitted to purchase his PCSO issued duty weapon, identified as Glock 17 at $25 and Colt AR15 at $330. Fair market value for the Glock is approximately $420 and fair market value for the Colt AR15 is $330. Purchase of issued weapon(s) upon retirement is also in compliance with A.R.S. 38-1115A which allows a law enforcement officer upon his/her retirement to purchase his/her issued weapon(s) at a price determined by the administrator of the agency. *	AY.	Discussion/approval/disapproval of a retroactive submission of a grant application to the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts' FY25 Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund for $99,542. This legislatively appropriated fund will be used by the Superior Court to improve, maintain, and enhance the ability of court automated projects that are likely to improve case processing or the administration of justice. This project will supplement the FY 2025 Arizona Courts Automation Project Costs. (Todd Zweig)

Discussion/approval/disapproval of a retroactive submission of a grant application to the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts' FY2024 Fill the Gap (FTG) for $490,036, State funds of $97,766, and Local funds of $392,209. This grant will be used by the Superior Court to cover the wages and EREs of one Judicial Assistant, one Bailiff, and the cost of five Arizona Court Automation Project desktop PCs.
