Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award Agreement 21-AZDOHS-OPSG-210437-02 Amendment #4 under the Operation Stonegarden Equipment Grant Program between the Arizona Department of Homeland Security and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning March 1, 2022, ending March 31, 2024. Amendment #4 extends the term of the agreement to July 31, 2025. The Sheriff's Office will use the funding for aircraft maintenance and aviation fuel. Acceptance does not require a fiscal year budget amendment as the budget was included in the adopted budget for FY 23/24, and the remaining amount will be budgeted for FY 24/25. (Mark Lamb)
