*I.Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept an Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Grant (ADEQ) in the amount of $10,000 for Pinal County, and to authorize the Emergency Manager, or his designee to execute related administrative documents on the behalf of Pinal County and accept the receipt of $10,000 for the reimbursement from Arizona Department of Environmental Quality Grant (ADEQ). Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept an Arizona Department of Transportation Grant (ADOT) in the amount of $1,750,000 for Pinal County, and to authorize the Airport Director, or his designee to execute related administrative documents on the behalf of Pinal County and accept the receipt of $1,750,000 for the reimbursement from Arizona Department of Transportation. This grant is replacing the grant that was approved October 6, 2021, Regular Agenda Consent Item X. Supervisor District #4. (GA21-037) (Jim Petty/Andrew Smith)

*N.Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 030222-RD21-103 accepting Warranty Deed, Deed of Easement for Public Utilities and Drainage Easement executed by El Dorado Bella Vista, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (Grantor), associated with the Bella Vista Subdivision. Supervisor District #5. (RD21-103) (Joe Ortiz/Andrew Smith)
*O.Discussion/approval/disapproval for Award Agreement (No. AG22-0023-018) between the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning January 1, 2022, ending December 31, 2022, for $18,900.34. The grant will be used to update items for the San Tan Valley Family Advocacy Center and continued staff training to assist victims of crime. The acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 268 (Co Atty Misc Grants). *P.Discussion/approval/disapproval for Award Agreement (No. AG22-0023-017) between the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning January 1, 2022, ending December 31, 2022, for $15,442.35. The grant will be used to update items for the Maricopa Family Advocacy Center and continued staff training to assist victims of crime. The acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 268 (Co Atty Misc Grants). *Q.Discussion/approval/disapproval for Award Agreement (No. AG22-0023-016) between the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Pinal County Attorney’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning January 1, 2022, ending December 31, 2022, for $17,106.83. The grant will be used to update items for the Eloy Family Advocacy Center and continued staff training to assist victims of crime. The acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 268 (Co Atty Misc Grants). *R.Discussion/approval/disapproval of an application by the Pinal County Attorney for payment of $5,000 to Vista Grande High School Marine Corps JROTC, from the Pinal County Attorney’s Office anti-racketeering revolving fund account to support the Vista Grande High School Marine Corps JROTC to attend the National Flight Academy in Pensacola, Florida and tours to local and regional military installations. This request is made in accordance with and under the authority of A.R.S. 13-2314.03 whereby before the County Attorney's office may use any monies from the fund that the County Attorney submit an application that includes a description of what the requested monies will be used for to the Board of Supervisors for approval. *S.Discussions/approval/disapproval of the request by the Honorable Rudy Lujan, Copper Corridor Justice Court Justice of the Peace, for the appointment of Thomas Freestone as a Justice of the Peace Pro Tempore. Said appointment is made by the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. No additional budget funds are required, the funds previously budgeted for the FY 21/22 are sufficient. *T.Discussion/approval/disapproval of the request by the Honorable Joseph Georgini, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court, for the appointment of Jack Pritt and Reid Pixler as Initial Appearance Special Masters. Said appointments are made by the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court. No additional budget funds are required as funds previously budgeted for the FY21/22 are sufficient. (David Tascoe/Todd Zweig)
