*AO.Discussion/approval/disapproval of Pinal County Attorney’s Office requests the approval to reapply for the Arizona Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith and Family STOP Violence Against Women Grant between the Arizona Governor’s Office of Youth, Faith, and Family and Pinal County Board of Supervisors through the Pinal County Attorney’s Office for the amount of $124,994 to provide services to victims of crime with a 25% match contribution of $41,665 over the one year grant cycle to commence on January 1, 2022, and end December 31, 2022. The STOP Violence against Women grant will continue to focus on the implementation of a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed approach to working with female victims of violent crimes. This fund will continue to pay for two community caseload managers to serve as points of contact for female victims of sexual and domestic violence whose cases have been investigated, but not yet charged. This grant will have the opportunity to reapply depending on fund availability. (Kent Volkmer)
*AP.Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Pinal County Attorney’s Office request for approval of the Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification form for FY2020. (Kent Volkmer)
*AQ.Discussion/approval/disapproval of the funding increase received by the City of Tucson High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA), Award No. HT-20-2945, for the provision of services. A budget amendment is unnecessary as the FY 21/22 budget includes the increased amount of $25,324.48. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Mark Lamb) 
*AR.Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Subrecipient Agreement Operations Stonegarden Grant Program Equipment Award (No. 19-AZDOHS-OPSG-190425-01) between Pinal County Sheriff's Office and Arizona Department of Homeland Security, the original term of the agreement effective on March 18, 2020, to March 31, 2021. The approval accepts Amendment #2 to extend the term of the agreement to March 31, 2022. This does not require a fiscal year budget amendment as the budget was approved in the FY 21/22 Final Budget. *AS.Discussion/approval/disapproval for the approval of FY 21/22 Governor's Office of Highway Safety Law Enforcement Program Award Grant No. DUIAC-E-154, between the Governor's Office of Highway Safety and Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $40,000. This award will be used to support Personnel Services Overtime (OT) and Employee Related Services (EREs) to support DUI Training. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 116 (Sheriff/Traffic Safety) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. *AT.Discussion/approval/disapproval for the approval of FY 21/22 Governor's Office of Highway Safety Law Enforcement Program Award Grant No. 2022-405d-038, between the Governor's Office of Highway Safety and Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $60,000. This award will be used to support Personnel Services (Overtime), and Employee Related Expenses to enhance DUI/Impaired Driving. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 21/22 budget to transfer reserve appropriation only from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 116 (Sheriff/Traffic Safety) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. *AU.Discussion/approval/disapproval for the approval of FY 21/22 Governor's Office of Highway Safety Law Enforcement Program Award Grant No. 2022-PTS-051, between the Governor's Office of Highway Safety and the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $80,000. This award will be used to support Personnel Services (Overtime), and Employee Related Expenses to reduce the incidences of traffic fatalities and injuries resulting from speeding, aggressive driving, and other forms of risky driving behavior thru enforcement. The view or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Board and do not necessarily represent the religious beliefs or views of the Board in part or as a whole. No member of the community is required to attend or participate in the invocation and such decision will have no impact on their right to participate actively in the business of the Board.
