BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to rescind Resolution No. 031925-PCHA, which previously approved the Pinal County Housing Authority’s 2025 Annual Plan and certifications for submission to HUD. The Board to consider replacing the same with Resolution No. 070225-PCHA, which approves an updated Five-Year and Annual Plan for fiscal years 2025 through 2029, including the fiscal year July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, operating budget. If approved, the updated plan and budget will be authorized for submittal to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). (Rolanda Cephas/Cathryn Whalen)

Approval allows the PHA the ability to receive and spend approved funding for all PHA HUD funded programs.

Positive impact, in compliance with HUD requirements. Communicates to the public our Housing Agency's activity plan and any changes to policies and procedures.
