BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval for a retroactive acceptance of an award amendment for the Supplemental Reduction of Case Backlogs grant between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning May 20, 2024, ending December 31, 2024, for $28,000. This grant will be used by the Superior Court for professional services. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 24/25 budget to transfer appropriation between Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) and Fund 205 (Courts/Grants) to increase revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Todd Zweig)
