BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a retroactive approval of an award for the Local Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund grant between the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2024, ending June 30, 2025, for $99,542. This legislatively appropriated fund will be used by the Superior Court to improve, maintain, and enhance the ability of court automated projects that are likely to improve case processing or the administration of justice. This project will supplement the FY 2025 Arizona Courts Automation Project Costs. The grant was budgeted for in the FY 24/25 budget. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Todd Zweig)
