BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a retroactive approval to accept the award for Traffic Case Processing grant between the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2024, ending June 30, 2025, for $25,000. The grant is used by the Superior Court for up to 50% of Field Trainer salary and EREs. Field trainers provide essential business processing, system support, and on-site training. The grant was budgeted and expensed in the FY 24/25 budget. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Todd Zweig)
