BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award Agreement DUIAC-E-207 under the DUIAC Enforcement Program between the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning July 1, 2025, ending June 30, 2026, for $25,000. The grant will be used by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit to support overtime and employee-related expenses, enhancing DUI enforcement throughout Pinal County. The award will be budgeted in the FY 25/26 budget. There is no impact on the general fund. (Ross Teeple)
