BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 070225-CFO-01 in accordance with A.R.S. 41-1279.07(E) which requires each county, city, town, and community college district to annually provide to the Auditor General by July 31 the name of the Chief Fiscal Officer (CFO) the governing body has designated to officially submit the current year’s annual expenditure limitation report (AELR) on the governing body’s behalf. Action on this item will designate Angeline Woods to officially submit the FY 2025/2026 annual expenditure limitation report (AELR) on the Board's behalf. (Angeline Woods)
