BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Approval/disapproval to retain outside counsel to represent the Pinal County Board of Supervisors with regard to whether the County Attorney has a conflict of interest or lack of harmony that precludes him from representing the County with regard to employment matters related to the County Attorney’s Office, and to take such steps as are necessary to determine whether the County can or should retain outside counsel.
