Discussion/approval/disapproval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for the Special Event License Application of Balaswamy Kommathoti, for the Fiesta de la Primavera Event to be held at the St. Bartholomew Parish, located at 607 Park Place, San Manuel, Arizona on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Additionally, authorizing the Clerk of the Board to execute and submit all necessary documents to the State.
