BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application to the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission FY2026 Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Program for an amount not to exceed $550,000, 25% match is required. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office Re-Entry Program to provide individual or group medically assisted substance abuse treatment activities for inmates in jails, local correctional facilities, and reentry services.
