Discussion/approval/disapproval of partial abatement on improvement assessment only for 2012 to 2024 taxes and to change legal class from 03 (residential) to 02R (vacant land) pursuant to A.R.S. 42-18351.1 and A.R.S. 42-18352.D, for parcel 411-08-12601. The parcel was assessed as land with improvements; per Assessor field check, the parcel is only vacant land. Prior years requires Board of Supervisor's approval for abatement. Supervisor District #3.
