Discussion/approval/disapproval of a FY 24/25 budget amendment to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 10 (GF Financial Stability) to Fund 10 (GF BOSF Support) to increase expenditure appropriations no greater than $125,000, for the expenses related to Snell & Wilmer's ongoing attorney services regarding Fontes v Cavanaugh, et. al. and subsequent appeal (Precinct based voting issue).
