BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a FY25 Arizona Office of the Courts' Drug Court Award Agreement between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning July 1, 2024, ending June 30, 2025, for $15,000. The Adult Probation Office will use this award to provide services to those who are court-ordered to the Program. The funds were adopted in the FY24/25 budget. There is no impact on the General Fund.
