BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of an amendment to correct the previously approved State Local Fiscal Recovery Fund grant on October 2, 2024. This grant was approved in Fund 202 but should have been allocated to Fund 53. Approval will require an amendment to the FY24/25 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 202 (Adult Prob/JCEF) to Fund 53 (Adult Prob/State Enhancement) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations in the amount of $767,646. There is no impact on the General Fund. (John Fuery)
