BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the award agreement for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program - Local Solicitation between the Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance Grant and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors for $21,485. The Adult Probation Office will use the award to purchase 2 radios. Approval requires an amendment to the FY24/25 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 293 (AP/Byrne Reimbursement Fund) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. There is no impact on the General Fund. (John Fuery)
