BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2024-PZ-PD-026-23, an Ordinance approving case PZ-PD-026-23; TSI/Elwood Properties, LLC, landowner, Sean Hamill, Applicant, requesting approval of a Planned Area Development (PAD) Overlay District amendment to the existing PAD (PZ-PD-007-98A) on ±40.0 acres to allow for the development of a Single Family Residential Subdivision on Tax Parcel: 200-58-0120 – legal on file – situated in a portion of Section 2, Township 4 South, Range 08 East, located southwest of Arizona Farms Road and Quail Run Lane, Pinal County, AZ. The Planning Commission recommended approval (8-1) of case PZ-PD-026-23 with fourteen (14) stipulations. Supervisor District #4. (Glenn Bak/Brent Billingsley)
