Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2024-PZ-PD-036-21, an Ordinance approving case PZ-PD-036-21; Oracle Valley Estates, landowner/applicant, Donald C. Westphal, agent, requesting approval of the Oracle Valley Estates PAD Overlay Zoning District 8.76± acres of land, to allow for development standards for a manufactured home community, situated on a portion of Section 27, Township 9 South, Range 15 East, Pinal County, Arizona (legal on file) tax parcels: 308-56-0300 and 308-56-0290, located southeast of W. American Avenue and N. Calle Valencia, Pinal County. The Planning Commission recommended approval (8-0) of case PZ-PD-036-21 with twelve (12) stipulations. Supervisor District #4.
