BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Fiscal Agent/Grant Agreement 24-18 under the 12% Contribution Grant between the Ak-Chin Indian Community, Manes and Miracles, and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning January 1, 2025, ending December 31, 2025, for $14,560. Manes and Miracles will use this grant for an equine-assisted therapy scholarship program. Supervisor District #2. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
There is no fiscal impact to Pinal County. Proposition 202, requires non-profits apply through a unit of local government. Pinal County will serve as the fiscal agent and pass through entity.
