BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Pinal County Animal Care and Control and the AK-Chin Indian Community. This IGA is for contracting services, jointly exercising powers common to the contracting parties, and taking joint or cooperative action pursuant to A.R.S. 11-952. This is at no cost to the County. The term in this agreement shall continue for a period of one calendar year (365 days) after the execution by all parties, and shall automatically renew for two additional one year terms unless terminated.
