BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Pinal County and City of Maricopa (CITY) for Detention of Municipal-Charged Inmates, for the detention of adult inmates arrested, held, booked and/or convicted under the authority of the CITY. Both parties agree to renew the IGA for an additional three (3) years and it shall remain in effect until June 4, 2027. (Mark Lamb)
