BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a retroactive submission of a grant application to the Arizona Administrative Office of the Courts' FY25 Judicial Collection Enhancement Fund for $99,542. This legislatively appropriated fund will be used by the Superior Court to improve, maintain, and enhance the ability of court automated projects that are likely to improve case processing or the administration of justice. This project will supplement the FY 2025 Arizona Courts Automation Project Costs. (Todd Zweig)
