BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of a retroactive approval to submit a grant application and to accept award agreement PSN-25-002 under the FY2025 Project Safe Neighborhoods program between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, with the possibility of extending the termination date, for $135,172. This grant will be used by the Pinal County Attorney’s Office for the Investigations Division to assist with furniture, equipment, and supply purchases. (Kent Volkmer)
