Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 080724-GA24-004 of the Pinal County Board of Supervisors resolving to enter into Agreement No. IGA 24-009772-I with the Arizona Department of Transportation for funding for the Environmental Compliance Review for the West Pinal Parkway East-West Corridor Design, located within Supervisor District #3. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
The funding received from this Senate Bill and supplemental Highway User Revenue Funds will cover all necessary costs for continuing the engineering design of the East-West Corridor Project.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPECTED PERFORMANCE IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
Pinal County is the lead agency in administering the engineering design for the East-West Corridor, portions are already maintained by the County, City of Maricopa and the City of Casa Grande.
