The auction has the potential of bringing in as much as $150,000 if proposed sale is completed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPECTED PERFORMANCE IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
Pinal County will no longer be responsible for maintenance of the surplus properties, as well as having non performing properties returned to the tax rolls which will in turn bring in future tax revenues.
