BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Amendment One to a Subrecipient Agreement executed November 2, 2022, between A New Leaf and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. The amendment will extend the contract period to June 30, 2025, and increase the award by $325,349.24 for a total of $718,756.24. In response to a Letter of Interest, A New Leaf seeks to provide tenant based rental assistance and supportive services which may include rental payments, deposits, and case management services for qualified populations in accordance with the Pinal County HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. Pinal County will use a portion of their FFY21 HOME-ARP allocation for this project as approved by the Board of Supervisors in the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)
