Discussion/approval/disapproval authorizing the Elections Department to hire poll workers to serve on the election boards for the July 30, 2024, Primary Election, pursuant to A.R.S. 16-531. (Dana Lewis)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
None. The anticipated costs for paying for election workers was budgeted by the Elections Department for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. In addition, the County will be partially reimbursed for these costs from the jurisdictions for which the County is conducting elections.
