BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the award amendment for the Criminal Justice Enhancement Fund - Substance Abuse grant between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024, for $67,505. The amendment increases the award by $6,000. The Adult Probation Office will use the grant for contract services to support the program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 54 (Adult Probation/Community Punishment) to increase revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)
