BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the award amendment for the Criminal Justice Enhancement Fund - Sex Offender grant between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors in the amount of $65,180. The amendment increases the award by $3,600. The Adult Probation Office will use the funding for contract services to support the program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 54 (Adult Probation/Community Punishment) to increase revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)
