BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the amendment to the award for the Community Punishment Program between the State of Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024. The amendment increases the award by $26,000 for a total of $105,050. The Adult Probation Office will use the award to pay for vendors that provide treatment services to support the Community Punishment Program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 54 (Adult Probation/State Enhancement) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)
