Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the amendment to the award for the State Aid Enhancement-Backfill Program between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024. The amendment increases the award by $224,900 for a total of $680,300. The Adult Probation Office will use the award to implement and expand evidence-based practices for risk needs and assessments for individual programming through vendors. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 202 (State Aid Enhancement-Backfill) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
