Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the award amendment of the State Aid Enhancement Assistance Program grant between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024, for $239,100. The amendment increases the award by $12,000. The Adult Probation Office will use the additional funding for personnel salaries and EREs to support the program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 202 (Adult Probation/JCEF) to increase revenues and expenditures.
