BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the award for the State Aid Enhancement Program grant between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024, for $3,816,400. The amendment increases the award by $117,400. The Adult Probation Office will use the grant for personnel salaries and EREs. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 53 (Adult Probation/State Enhancement) to increase revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)
