Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the amendment to the award for the Intensive Probation Program Backfill grant between the State of Arizona  Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024. The amendment increases the award by $64,500 for a total of $157,700. The Adult Probation Office will use the award to pay the personnel and EREs of employees assigned to the Intensive Probation Program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 52 (Adult Probation/Intensive Probation Program) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations.
