BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the amendment to the award for the Intensive Probation Assistance Program grant between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024. The amendment increases the award by $500 for a total of $9,800. The Adult Probation Office will use the award for personnel EREs to support the program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer reserve appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 202 (Adult Probation/JCEF) to increase revenue and expenditure appropriations. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Saul Schoon)
