BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the award modification for the Juvenile Intensive Probation Supervision Program between the Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2023, ending June 30, 2024, for $654,236. The modification increases the award amount by $12,684. The Juvenile Court Services Department will use the grant for personnel wages, EREs, and supplies to support the program. Acceptance requires an amendment to the FY 23/24 budget to transfer appropriation from Fund 213 (Grants/Project Contingency) to Fund 56 (Juvenile Prob/Intensive) to increase revenues and expenditures. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Jeanne Brandner)
