BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept award DC-25-031 under the FY2025 Drug, Gang, and Violent Crime Control program between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission and Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2024, ending June 30, 2025, in the amount of $145,286.62 with a match amount of $48,428.88 for a total award amount of $193,715.50. Funds will be used by the Pinal County Attorney’s Office to cover costs for one attorney position and one partial attorney position. The revenue and expenses related to the award are included in the budget for FY 24/25. (Kent Volkmer)
