BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Comprehensive Sign Review Package Case CSR-001-24, a comprehensive sign package to replace one monument sign with an Electronic Message Board Sign with a sign area of 62.5 square feet, for the Christ the Victor Church located at 6173 E Arizona Farms Rd, in Florence, east of the intersection of E Hunt Highway and E Arizona Farms Rd. The proposed signage includes an electronic message device not permitted under the Pinal County Sign Code without approval by the Board of Supervisors. The sign review committee recommends Approval of CSR-001-24 with four (4) stipulations. Supervisor District #4. (Kendall Riley/Brent Billingsley)
