BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the FY 24/25 Senate Bill 2897 appropriation to Pinal County through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2024, ending June 30, 2025, for $600,000. The award will be used by the Sheriff's Office to purchase a software pilot program to connect the records management systems and computer-aided dispatch systems of four agencies. The revenue and expenses related to the award are included in the budget for FY 24/25. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Mark Lamb)
