BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Lease Agreement between the Town of Florence (Lessor) and Pinal County (Lessee) for the use of Town of Florence owned property, located at 121 W. 22nd Street, Florence, Arizona 85132. The Property will serve exclusively for facilities administration and storage operations. The lease duration is one year, automatically renewing for successive one-year terms unless either party terminates with a 90-day notice. Supervisor District #4. (GA24-002) (Joe Ortiz)

There is a monthly rental fee of $536.10. The expenditure has been budgeted in the FY 24/25 budget.
