BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of 1st Amendment to Public Right of Way Use Agreement between Pinal County and Crown Castle Fiber LLC. This agreement amends an agreement previously approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 19, 2024, and will allow Crown Castle the use of Pinal County Right of Way for installation of fiber using their Rapid Connect technology.
