BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION: Discussion/approval/disapproval of the FY2024-2025 Pinal County Employee Compensation Plan: Across-the-Board Salary Adjustments and Discretionary Performance, Market, Equity Adjustments, Premium Pay, and One-Time Awards. This Plan establishes guidelines for a five (5) percent across-the-board salary adjustment or five (5) percent one time lump sum for all eligible employees. This Plan continues discretionary pay categories currently in place. It adds a new pay category, i.e., Premium Pay, which provides temporary pay for duties performed beyond the scope of the employee’s job classification or performed under special conditions or circumstances.
