Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Lease Agreement between Pinal County (Lessor) and Pinal Gila Community Child Services, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation (Lessee) for the use of Pinal County Property located at 44931 W. Edwards Cir., Maricopa. The property will be used to provide a pre-school program for the Head Start eligible children in the Maricopa area. Supervisor District #1. The tenant agrees to pay Pinal County $1.00 per year. The revenue has been included in the FY 24/25.
