(Owner), requesting approval of a Planned Area Development Overlay District, to apply Neighborhood Commercial Zoning (C-1) PAD development standards for the development of a self-storage facility on a ±3.64 acre parcel; Tax parcel 210-11-0030; situated in a portion of Section 08, Township 01 South, Range 09 East, of the Gila & Salt River Meridian Baseline, Pinal County, Arizona; more specifically located at the SE corner of E. Skyline Drive and N. Sierra Vista Drive in San Tan Valley, AZ. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval unanimously (10-0) of case PZ-PD-050-21 with sixteen (16) stipulations; Staff is requesting a revision to two (2) stipulations and the addition of one (1) stipulation to the Ordinance, for a total of seventeen (17) stipulations.
