BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval to accept the award for the Family Counseling Program grant between the Administrative Office of the Courts and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors beginning July 1, 2024, ending June 30, 2025, for $32,075 with a 25% match of $8,047 that will come from Fund 10 (Juvenile Probation). This grant will be used by the Juvenile Court Services Department to contract for mental health treatment services for the persons ordered to participate in the Family Counseling Program. The revenue and expenses related to the award will be included in the budget for FY 24/25. (Jeanne Brandner)
