BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF AGENDA ITEM AND REQUESTED BOARD ACTION:
Discussion/approval/disapproval of Award No. RSAT-25-007 under the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) Grant Program between the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission (ACJC) and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning July 1, 2024, ending June 30, 2025, for $501,765.75 with a match of $167,255.25. The match will come from Fund 302 (SHF-Coord Re-Entry Planning). The Sheriff's Office will use this award for Salary/EREs, professional consultants, and contractual services for the Re-Entry Program. The award is a combination of federal and local funds. The revenue and expenses related to the award will be included in the budget for FY 24/25. There is no impact on the General Fund. (Mark Lamb)
