Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Purchase and Sales Agreement between Pinal County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (Seller) and Randolph United Council, an Arizona non-profit corporation (Buyer) in the amount of $34,220 for the sale of real property of county parcel number 401-31-004A for the use as a community center. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FISCAL CONSIDERATIONS AND/OR EXPECTED FISCAL IMPACT OF THIS AGENDA ITEM:
80% of the revenue will go to the General Fund and the remaining 20% will go to Fund 124 Public Works for administrative costs.
