Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2024-PZ-051-23, an Ordinance approving case PZ-051-23; Langley Bella Vista LLC, landowner, Jordan Rose/Rose Law Group pc, agent, requesting a rezoning of 16.9± acres from General Business (CB-2) PAD to Community Commercial (C-2), 4± acres and Multiple Residence (MR) zoning district, 12.9± acres to allow a higher density mixed use development, a portion of Section 21, Township 3 South, Range 8 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona (legal on file) tax parcels: 210-21-004E, located southeast of Bella Vista Road and N Gantzel Road, Pinal County.
